We have a very busy December coming up and many hands make light work. Please offer to help where ever you can. You will notice that if your name is already listed as a volunteer for an event, you will see a list of commitments at the end of this bulletin - a handy reminder!
Heathfield High School Round Tables - Tuesday December 2
The following members have volunteered and need to be at the school by 8:15 am or as arranged if a later shift:

Food servers from about 11:00am to 2:30 pm
We will be cooking toasted sandwiches this year.

SBA Breakfast - Tuesday December 9

Time: 7:00am - breakfast served about 7:30, finish by 8:30

Trees For Life Tube Filling - Tuesday December 9
Co-ordinator: Pauline
Members who have volunteered to grow seedlings to stay on at the shed after the SBA breakfast (or arrive about 9:30 if you haven't been involved in the breakfast).
The box you will be taking home needs to have 60 filled tubes of soil in it ready for the seeds which will be planted at home according to the instructions given with your particular species. As the soil is in large bags, this part of the process is better done all together with access to the trestle tables. It should take no more than an hour.
