Schools Photo Expo

First conducted in 2009, the Schools Photo Expo provided the opportunity for schools and Kindergartens within the Stirling district to participate in a photographic exhibition to display the special events, classroom activities and the teaching programs that were taking place in their school.

Themes for the Schools Photo Expo were -

·       A Day in the Life of My School

·       My School is Special

·       School is Cool - Learning is Cool

The 17 schools, which participated in the 2011 Expo were: Aldgate, Bridgewater, Basket Range, Crafers, Heathfield High, Heathfield Primary, Mylor, Norton Summit, Oakbank Area, Upper Sturt, Scott Creek, St Catherine’s, The Hills Montessori, Hills Christian School, Stirling Kindergarten, Stirling East Kindergarten and Bridgewater Kindergarten.

Each Expo has been held in the Stirling Shopping Mall and over 500 photos were displayed on each occasion.

Subject to demand this event may be conducted again in the future and enquiries from interested people are welcome.
